Getting help
Email info@oathus.co and a person will reply, usually within 30 days.
It helps to say which phone you are using and what you were doing when the problem happened. You do not need to include anything about your immigration case, and please do not — we cannot advise on it, and we would rather not hold it.
The usual things
The officer cannot hear me. Check that Oath is allowed to use the microphone in your phone's settings. If it is and the officer still cannot hear you, the quiz works with no microphone at all — you tap the answer instead of saying it.
My code did not arrive. Look in the spam folder first. If it is not there, ask for a new code; the button is on the same screen. Codes expire, so an old one will not work.
I want my account deleted. You can do it yourself: open the You tab in the app and choose Delete my account. It is a deletion, not a deactivation, and it cannot be undone. You can also email the address above.
The officer marked my answer wrong and I think it was right. Tell us the question and what you said. Oath accepts every answer USCIS prints as acceptable, so if one is missing that is a fault in the app and we want to know about it.
What Oath cannot do
Oath is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It practises the asking of interview questions with you. It cannot advise you on your case, it cannot tell you what to write on Form N-400, and nothing it says predicts the result of a real interview.
For questions about your own application, USCIS publishes official guidance at uscis.gov, and an accredited representative or an immigration lawyer can advise on your case.
